Our new website is live, and the 2026–27 Long Course season starts with Club Nights returning on Friday 9 October at the Emma McKeon Pool, UOW.
Club Nights are for swimmers of all ages and abilities, not just squad swimmers. Each night offers a range of events, official times that appear in Swim Central and Meet Mobile, and a chance to practise racing in a friendly environment. October’s first nights are Come and Try evenings, so they’re a good place to start if your swimmer has never raced before.
Warm-up runs from 6:15pm to 6:30pm. Entries are made through Swim Central and close at 6:00pm on the Thursday before, at $10 per swimmer, with up to three events each. Programs are posted on the WIAQ Team App.
Alongside Club Nights we’re running the Pointscore competition, Age Championships and Distance Age Championships this season. The full details, including progression guidelines and how points are earned, are on the Club Nights page. The season calendar has every Club Night, meet and social event.
Families new to the club can start with a free 60-day Come & Try membership. The Join page explains the membership options and walks through signing up in Swim Central.
